CORE Change Work Consulting
Solutions for a Positive and Bully Free Work Place
CORE Change Work Consulting works with leaders to transform the wasted human and financial resources from workplace bullying into increased performance and a thriving culture. We offer the most up-do-date information, tools, and practical training to keep employees healthy, inspired, and high powered achievers.
Do you face these challenges?
✓ Senior Leaders: Are your managers intimidating their staff with inappropriate abrasive behavior? Do you want to keep your employees from leaving, attract great talent, and be known as a great place to work?
✓ Human Resource Managers: Are employees complaining about being bullied at work? Do you want to implement a policy, program, or coaching to correct and prevent it, but don’t know where to start?
✓ Employees with Disabilities: Are you pressured to accept ineffective accommodations and don’t know what to do?
The Workplace Bullying Institute’s (WBI) 2014 U.S. Workplace Bullying Survey showed that 37 million American workers report being subjected to “abusive conduct”. At least 65 million people are affected – including those who are abused and those who witness it.
In January, 2015 the new California law AB 2053 became effective. Although it does not yet make bullying illegal, it requires companies with more than 50 employees to conduct training programs in the “prevention of abusive conduct”, including bullying.
Now is the time to be proactive and implement effective bullying prevention and management systems. The return on your investment far exceeds the health, productivity, legal, and financial consequences of ignoring the problem.
